WORK 01

M360 Speakers

Independent Engineering Project: 3D-Printed Active Speaker System (2-Year Development)

  • Designed and prototyped a compact Hi-Fi stereo system using consumer-grade 3D printing, focusing on cost-efficiency and acoustic performance.

  • Engineered a custom enclosure with an integrated power supply and amplifier to minimize cabling and maximize portability.

  • Achieved a high-dynamic-range sound profile, successfully delivering tangible bass response at low volumes in a small form factor.

  • Managed end-to-end product lifecycle from CAD modeling to final assembly for small-batch distribution to private users.

WORK 02

4MFoundry Moto Kit

This project began with the Sur-Ron x. A product that pioneered the small electric motorcycle category, providing great performance at an affordable price. However something was missing. The seat was uncomfortable and there was no bodywork. Working under Mike Mayberry, we decided to move forward with a bodykit design to manufacture and sell. I worked as the lead designer carrying this project from concept to production. Designing in CAD and moving through concepts by 3D printing until we arrived on a design we liked. Then I built a website and brand to sell under (4MFoundry). My responsibility continued to procurement, manufacturing and social media promotion.

Work 02

WSM PACT Kickstand

WORK 03

WSM Pact Kickstand

A kickstand designed for the Pact motorcycle. A custom electric motorcycle off the Alta Redshift designed by Mike Mayberry and Walt Siegl. This kickstand had to be cohesive with the design language of The PACT motorcycle. Remaining honest to its purpose with refined minimalism and functionality.

Teague: Boeing 777x Mockup

As a Technical Designer at Teague, I was responsible for designing unique solutions for full scale aviation interior mockups high and low fidelity. This project involved designing and procuring several assemblies for Boeing's 777x traveling tradeshow mockup. Managing massive CAD assemblies and collaborating with my team and efficiently communicating with our client at Boeing.
